For Eclipse Optical and OPTi Digital handheld refractometers.

Initial inspection, software update (if required for OPTi) and certification of handheld refractometers. 

Note:  In the unlikely event that the instrument fails its initial inspection, a member of our team will contact you to discuss an appropriate action that may include repair at an additional cost or a replacement instrument.  In the event of the latter, a refund for the calibration service will apply.

Should you place an order for a certification service, we will send you an automated receipt confirming your order.  Shortly after, we will send details on how to return your instrument as well as a form that must be completed and enclosed with your shipment to us

Typical turnaround for the above process is 10 working days.
