OPTi Digital Handheld Refractometer - Wine (%Mass/Baumé/Zeiss)

An OPTi refractometer with 3 preset scales that have been specifically designed with winemakers in mind. The 3 preprogrammed scales allow winemakers to assess sugar as a Brix percentage (sucrose, % Mass), measure grape must, and determine alcohol by volume (ABV). The °Baumé scale is commonly used for wine making throughout France and Australia.

The OPTi® Digital Handheld Refractometer from Bellingham + Stanley puts a powerful, fully portable instrument in the palm of your hand. Powered by just 2xAAA batteries, the OPTi refractometer can take 10,000 readings in 50 common refractometer scales.
