OPTi Digital Handheld Refractometer - Honey

This OPTi digital handheld refractometer for honey is ideal for beekeepers looking to measure moisture content of honey quickly and effectively at the hive. Its easy-clean prism dish and simple to use read button helps to easily control the quality of fresh honey. As beekeepers know, if you harvest the honey from the hive too soon any excess moisture will cause fermentation - not great for your product!

This refractometer will help you identify the right time to harvest, by allowing you to monitor a very small sample whilst looking for that 17.5% target.

This OPTi refractometer comes with 2 preset scales and 1 empty scale ready for user definition.

Scale A is set to °Brix ATC

Scale B is set to % Water-in-Honey

Scale C is empty: User Defined
