This OPTi refractometer comes with 3 scales that have been selected for winemakers. The 3 preprogrammed scales allow winemakers to assess Brix percentage (sucrose, %Mass), probable alcohol, as well as determine alcohol by volume (ABV).

Scale A is set to %Mass

Scale B is set to: Alcohol Probable

Scale C is set to: °Zeiss (ABV)
