The OPTi Digital Handheld Refractometer - Butyro is an essential tool for measuring the fat content of milk in the creation of butter and ghee. Due, in part, to the OPTi’s temperature compensation to 40°, measurements can be taken quickly and accurately at collection points enabling quality standards to be met.
This OPTi refractometer comes with 1 preset scale and 2 empty scales ready for user definition.

The OPTi® Digital Handheld Refractometer from Bellingham + Stanley puts a powerful, fully portable instrument in the palm of your hand. Powered by just 2xAAA batteries, the OPTi refractometer can take 10,000 readings in 50 common refractometer scales.
